did you ever stop to notice
all the blood we shed before?
did you ever stop to notice
the crying earth?
what have we done to the world
look what we've done
What about all the peace
that you left your only son

Kayleigh is a very smart, quick-witted girl. She knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it. She doesn't like to lose, but unless it is in a flat out competition, such as Quidditch, she will not put forth all of her effort to win. Usually she will sit back and participate just enough to keep the others' interest. Then once the others have all worn themselves out from trying to beat each other, she will put forth a lot more effort, often leading to her coming out on top. She doesn't care how she wins. She doesn't care if she looks like the loser for most of the fight, as long as she comes out on top, that's all that matters. She doesn't care too much about being popular. She cares more about being the least hated. As long as she has a few people that love her, and most people can tolerate her, she is fine. The less straight out enemies you have, the better your chances are at winning.
She likes to put on the front of being in control, and pretend nothing bothers her, but underneath, there is a lot more going on than anyone, even her closest friends, realize. She acts strong and tough, which she is, but underneath she is hurt, and even scared. She is afraid to trust anyone, afraid to get too attached, because anyone can turn on you in an instant. They could turn into a cold, heartless person, or they could just walk out of your life when you need them. So she locks herself away. She doesn't show her sadness or her pain to anyone. She doesn't let anyone see her fear or her weakness. That is unacceptable.
She can be sweet and caring to those close to her, and she can be your best friend. She is very loving and protective of her close friends. She loves to have fun and laugh with her friends, it takes her mind off of everything, and who doesn't like to have a little fun every now and then? However, she does have a fiery temper, and she can be mean. Sometimes it is intentional, and sometimes it is not. She has a tendency to speak her mind, which sometimes ends up hurting the other person. And if you mess with her, or mess with someone close to her, she will be your worst nightmare. She isn't afraid to get ugly or mean. She doesn't have too many close friends, and they are like family to her.
did you ever stop to notice
the crying earth?
Kayleigh has some mixed feelings about love. After what happened with her parents she isn't sure she believes that true love exists, and hasn't had any experiences to prove otherwise. Yet she wants to to be real, she longs to feel love, to be loved.
what have we done to the world
look what we've done
Kayleigh tries to avoid making enemies, though sometimes her tendency to speak her mind may lead to just that. She isn't super social, so she doesn't go out of her way to talk to people, and thus she typically avoids conflicts that would lead to enemies. That, however, isn't always possible, so she has no doubt made a few enemies along the way, whether they were intentional or not.
What about all the peace
that you left your only son
Seeing as Kayleigh isn't super social, she doesn't tend to have a huge crowd around her. She tends to have a few acquaintances, and a few close friends, but not a whole lot of those in between. Either she trusts you enough to open up to some degree, or she doesn't, there isn't a whole lot of in between. There are, of course, always exceptions to the rules.

To wrap this up in a nutshell--teehee i said nutshell!-- this template was made by RAWR?! or caution, also known by most as Kali. The lyrics are M.J's Earth song. Sooo beautiful. Don't change the colors, or the lyrics. Respect the dead would ya?
