Elective Classes

My question is too long for the chatbox, I'm afraid.
My character is in her 6th year, so naturally, she picked some electives that Hogwarts offers (Arithmancy, Care of Magical Creatures, etc.). From the rules, we also have to participate in classes. My question is, is there a rule regarding selectives and how many can you choose, because if we want to get points for our houses we can't really participate in all of electives, seeing in the books, Hermione had to use a Time Turner to get to all of her classes and those are quite rare.
I hope I'm not being too confusing.

We will figure that out as soon as we have a few more members and a couple teachers have been created. We will be doing it class roster style, where you sign up for the classes you want your character to take and the teachers keep track of it and then share that information with the staff at the end of the school terms.
