FRIENDLY
For Katherine making friends has never really been a big problem for her, she has no problem going up to new people and introducing herself and offering to hang out with them, show them around or whatever it is they may need. She won’t judge a person until she has actually gotten to know them more.
CONFIDENT
She is confident in her abilities, and most importantly in herself. She is the type of person who isn’t ashamed to be herself, she doesn’t try to blend in and be like everybody else she loves to stand out and make a statement. A big part of why she does well in school and overall is because she is confident in herself and her ability to do something, you tell her something is hard to do or learn she will prove to you she can do it no problem because she knows even if it takes some practice she will master it.
DEPENDABLE
The great thing about this young woman is you can rely on her and you can trust her no matter what. Sure she has a bit of a funny bone but she knows when she needs to be serious and she knows how important it is to be there for the ones you care about no matter the situation. You need someone to come cheer you on at a quiditch match? She will be there. Need a shoulder to cry on because someone just broke your heart? She will be there. Katherine is always just a moment away if you ever need her.
PROTECTIVE
This applies mostly to her family and to her really close friends, she cares a lot for everyone but she is dangerously protective of the people she really loves. She lost her Father at a young age, of course it was an accident but it was enough to scare her about losing anyone else she loves. If she thinks something isn’t safe she will argue with you about going through with it and if you insist on doing whatever makes her feel a little uneasy she will go with you.
PRANKSTER
Who doesn’t like to have a little fun every now and then? Katherine sure does, but unfortunately she likes to have fun a lot and she gets a big thrill out of pulling pranks. Of course they are sometimes harmless but she did stock up on some things from the Weasley’s prank store when she was younger and travelled to Hogsmeade with her Mother and Step-Father. If anything she may be about as bad as the twins were when they were in school for pranking.
TROUBLE MAKER
This goes along with pranks, but also with her overall personality. She enjoys sneaking out of her dormitory at night and exploring the castle, though the consequences are quite sever if she were to ever get caught. In most of her classes she is just a big pain in the ass to her professors (except in Transfiguration she loves that class).
DREAMER
Surprisingly yes Katherine is a dreamer, and this young girl has some pretty big dreams. She wants to see the world, to fall in love, have a successful career and have a family. She knows everything she wants, she knows what would make her future life perfect, and all she needs to do is get the wheels in motion to accomplish them and with that she needs to finish her education.
TEMPER
If you decide to test it you better be prepared for the wrath that will come with it, some days its easy to get her temper going, others it may be more difficult but one thing is for sure when you catch her in a REALLY bad mood you will more than likely regret it. As a toddler she wasn’t as good at controlling it but now that she is older she usually does a lot better but she is only human so she has a few slip ups every now and then.
STUBBORN
This is Katherine’s biggest flaw, her stubbornness. We all know everyone has a bit of a stubborn side to them but Kat’s seems to be emphasized by a million percent. When she sets her mind on something you have next to no change to talking her out of it, no matter how stupid or dangerous it may be. Also when she decides on going with you to do something that she herself isn’t comfortable with you won’t change her mind so you might as well just deal with her tagging along.

November 11 was an exciting morning for the young couple, they hadn’t planned on having children so soon after they got married but they felt blessed and excited for what they were expecting. Maria didn’t want to know the gender beforehand, and wanted to keep it a surprise for everyone. The baby was three weeks early which scared them but they pulled through and did a brilliant job helping their new daughter to help her reach her proper birth weight and proper size. They had a small apartment to begin with, small bedrooms but they were happy and they were doing everything they could to make things work. Her parents had been in school with The Potters, her Mother had become good friends with Lily Potter growing up so it had come to a shock to them to learn of the death of their friends so many years ago, they had held off on having children only because of the dangers of their world at that time.

Katherine grew up in a loving and caring environment, they had a big family, her Mother was the youngest of seven children and her Father was in the middle of five children. The family spent loads of time together just visiting one another and enjoying one another’s company, Katherine can’t remember a weekend where an aunt or uncle or one of her grandparents didn’t come by. Especially when she was a baby, family was over constantly to help the young couple adjust to having a child of their own. She grew up happy and care free, the Dark Lord wasn’t around while she was young there was nothing for her or her family to fear, though as she got older she heard stories one story in particular frightened her the most when one of her older cousins was talking about Voldemort, she was seven years old and she screamed at him to stop but he continued telling the story and trying to scare her she screamed stop again and somehow threw him backwards into a wall. That was when her family surrounded her with praise about being magical like the rest of them, they ahd worried since it had taken her so long to show any signs.

When she was two her younger brother was born, Jeremy. The two were very close and she was very protective of him, when Katherine was six her Father went off on an assignment for the Ministry late that same night they were told to go to St. Mungo’s as her Father had gotten injured on the job, Jeremy was almost four at the time and he didn’t understand what was happening. Katherine stayed by her Father’s side the entire time. Her Father’s best friend and Partner was Johnathan Carson, he had been around her entire life, and he’d tried to save her father. He remained close, helping and keeping everything running in their Family, it didn’t take long till he became a father figure to both Katherine and Jeremy, there was some struggle when he officially began dating their Mother but everyone got over that eventually when she was nine her Mother and Johnathan got married. Two years after that she received a letter to Hogwarts and now she is in her seventh year.
